Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at m.a.automation0103@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund within 2 business days. You do not need to ship the item back.
Items reported without first contacting us will not be eligible for a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send us your order number and clear photos of the problem and we will resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items that have been opened or used. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to contact us at m.a.automation0103@gmail.com. Once we review your case, we will process a replacement shipment or issue store credit for a new purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If goods are shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your request and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at m.a.automation0103@gmail.com.
